Week 1: Know Your Business

Who you are, what you do, and what makes you different. You leave with a clear picture of your position in the market and the AI foundation you will build on for the next seven weeks.

Week 2: Know Your Client

Deep dive into ideal client persona development. We go beyond demographics into psychology. You leave with fully written personas you will reference and feed AI for every piece of content going forward.

Week 3: Your Core Messaging

With your personas in hand, we build your messaging framework. We use AI prompting to test, pressure-check, and refine until every version feels natural and lands clearly. You will know what to say in any room by the end of this session.

Week 4: Brand Voice and Tone

We translate your messaging into a repeatable voice. What words do you use? What do you never say? How do you show up differently in a sales conversation versus a social post versus an email? You leave with a written voice and tone guide your whole team can use, plus the AI prompts to write on-brand content in any format.

Week 5: Brand Identity

Logo direction, color palette, and typography. We audit what you have, identify what is working, and map out the visual direction that reflects the brand you have just defined. You leave with a visual direction that finally matches the quality of your work.

Week 6: Messaging Deck with Brand Guide

We take everything built in Weeks 1 through 5 and assemble it into one deck. This becomes your internal north star, your external-facing reference, and your AI operating guide.

Week 7: Media Kit and Presentation Deck

We take week 6 deliverables and build out a polished, on-brand presentation deck ready to use in sales conversations, pitches, and partner meetings, and a media kit that’s in place for any new opportunity.

Week 8: Integration and AI Workflow

We zoom out and map how your foundation connects to everything you will build next: your website, your social media, your sales process, and your email marketing. We finalize your custom AI prompts and workflows so you can create consistent, on-brand content independently. The session closes with your Brand Brief presentation to the group.

Week 1: Platform Strategy and Best Practices

We walk through each core platform: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Who the audience is, what performs, and what to skip. You leave knowing exactly where to focus and why. Note: this cohort builds on a clear brand foundation. If your messaging and personas are not yet defined, Curate Your Foundation is your best starting point.

Week 2: Bio Optimization

We audit and rewrite your bios, links, and profile details across every active platform. You leave with a presence that is polished, consistent, and built to convert.

Week 3: Content Pillars and Topic Mapping

We build your content pillars specific to your brand and map out every topic underneath them. You leave knowing what to post, why it matters, and how to feed it directly into AI to generate content fast.

Week 4: 30-Day Content Calendar

We build your full content calendar: every post mapped by pillar, topic, format, and platform. You leave with a month of content planned.

Week 5: Templates and Batch Creation

We build 8 to 12 branded Canva templates tailored to your pillars, then batch your first round of posts using AI. You leave with content that is designed, written, and ready to schedule.

Week 6: Scheduling, Engagement, and Workflow

We show you how to schedule efficiently, engage strategically, and run your entire social media presence in under 60 minutes a week.

Week 7: Paid Ads

We cover Meta Ads from the ground up: how the platform works, how ad campaigns differ from boosted posts, when to use each, and how to build and launch your first ad.

Week 8: Recap and What Comes Next

We review what you built, what is already working, and how to keep the momentum going long after the cohort ends. Your system is in place. Now you run it.

Bonus: The Collaborative Campaign

In the final weeks, the cohort group collectively launches a real campaign together with coordinated posts and intentional cross-tagging over 5 to 7 days. The group tracks results together: follower growth, expanded reach, new connections, and proof the system works.

Do I need to complete Curate Your Foundation before Curate Your Feed?

It is strongly recommended but not required. Curate Your Feed is designed for participants who already have clarity on their brand, their audience, and their messaging. If that foundation is already solid, you are ready. If you are not sure, start with Curate Your Foundation. The two programs are designed to build directly on each other.

Can I do both cohorts?

Yes, and many participants do. They run in sequence by design: Foundation first, Feed second, so the work from one cohort flows directly into the next.

Is this a mastermind?

No. This is structured implementation with real-time feedback and weekly deliverables.

Is this a course?

No. This is a live, high-touch build experience inside a small group. You leave every session with something completed, not something to watch later.

Do I need to know how to use AI already?

No. We train you on how to set up and use AI for your marketing as part of the program. You will leave knowing exactly how to make it work for your business.

How much time should I commit?

One 90-minute live session per week, plus two to four hours of implementation between sessions. This is active building, not passive learning.

Is there one-on-one support?

The program is group-based. Optional office hours are available for deeper support between sessions.

Is this remote or in-person?

Fully remote. Charleston-based participants are welcome to join in person for the Week 8 celebration and final presentations.

What happens after the program ends?

Many participants choose to continue working with us through project-based support or an ongoing retainer, depending on their goals and next stage of growth. The foundation you build here is designed to grow with you.
